By placing an order with CyberSolution.co.uk, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

Our purchase policy is simple

CyberSolution.co.uk wants all clients who purchase any of our design services to feel confident that they will be treated fairly. We know that it is sometimes a little more difficult to order from the internet than it is to buy in person.

Due to the high standard of our work we have the confidence to guarantee all our work 100%. Once we have completed the design, you will have the opportunity to view the web site for approval. If at this time you are not completely satisfied with the appearance and functionality of your web design.
If the design we provide does not meet or exceed your expectations,
CyberSolution.co.uk will continue to work on your web site at no additional charge until it does. We can't be any fairer than that.

We reserve the right to refuse to construct a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.

Completion Date. CyberSolution.co.uk and the Client must work together to complete the Web Design Project in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the Web Design Project no later than 30 days after Client has submitted all necessary materials. If the Client does not supply CyberSolution.co.uk with complete text and graphics content for this Web Design Project within 60 days of the effective date this agreement, the entire deposit amount of the agreement shall be retained by CyberSolution.co.uk as liquidated damages and the contract shall become null and void, at CyberSolution.co.uk’s option, unless the Web Design Project is cancelled in writing by the Client prior to 60 days of the effective date of the agreement.

If payment for any invoice is not received by the Due Date Cyber Solution will consider the working arrangements made by the contract to be at an end, , all monies owed must then be paid within seven days and Cyber Solution will reserve the right to deactivate and remove the client's web site from Cyber Solution' web space.

Copyright. The client retains the copyright to data, files and graphic logos provided by the client, and grants Cyber Solution the rights to publish and use such material. The client must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party. The client is further responsible for granting Cyber Solution permission and rights for use of the same and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Solution from any and all claims resulting from the client's negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions. Evidence of permissions and authorities may be requested.

Any scripts, graphics, websites, applications like web shops, online editing tools, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Cyber Solution remain the copyright of Cyber Solution and may not commercially reproduced or resold without the permission of Cyber Solution.

Client’s Obligations. The Client acknowledges that is it wholly the responsibility of the Client to ensure the suitability of the work before commencement.

The Client acknowledges that is it wholly the responsibility of the Client to ensure the suitability or availability of trademarks, copyright or registration of any creative works created by CyberSolution.co.uk.

The Client acknowledges that is it wholly the responsibility of the Client to ensure work is suitable for use before implementation and that CyberSolution.co.uk will not be held liable for any or all damages or costs caused by the artwork, text, software or code. CyberSolution.co.uk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the service rendered or product provided, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential.

The Client acknowledges that is it wholly the responsibility of the Client to ensure that CyberSolution.co.uk can legally use all materials provided by the Client. Materials include, but are not limited to, logos, designs, images, text and code. The Client agrees that it is the responsibility of the Client and not CyberSolution.co.uk should any infringements occur.

The Client acknowledges that is it wholly the responsibility of the Client to seek and obtain independent advice as to whether any ‘works’ created by CyberSolution.co.uk are suitable for protection provided by the Trade Marks Act or is available without infringement of copyright, trade marks or any other form of registration.

Limited Liability. You, the client, hereby agrees that any material submitted for publication will not contain anything leading to an abusive or unethical use of the web hosting service or host server. Abusive and unethical materials and uses include, but are not limited to, pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, computer viruses, harassing and harmful material or uses, any illegal activity or material advocating illegal activity, and any infringement of privacy or libel.

CyberSolution.co.uk shall have no liability to the Client or any third parties for any damages, including but not limited to, claims, losses, lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or web site, even if CyberSolution.co.uk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

There are sometimes laws and taxes which affect Internet ecommerce. Client agrees that it is their responsibility to comply with such laws and will hold harmless, protect, and defend CyberSolution.co.uk and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from the Client’s exercise of Internet ecommerce.

CyberSolution.co.uk may from time to time recommend to the Client that updates are needed to their site to comply with, including but not limited to, new legislations, software releases and web standards. CyberSolution.co.uk reserves the right to quote for any updates as separate work. Client agrees CyberSolution.co.uk is not liable for any failure to inform or impliment these updates to their site. Client agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold CyberSolution.co.uk harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, costs, losses and claims arising from omission to inform or impliment these updates.

Post Placement Alterations. CyberSolution.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for any alterations caused by a third party occurring to the client's pages once installed. Such alterations include, but are not limited to additions, modifications or deletions.

Interpretation. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales which shall claim venue and jurisdiction for any legal motion or claim arising from this agreement. This agreement is void where prohibited by law.

Where one or more terms of this contract are held to be void or unenforceable for whatever reason, any other terms of the contract not so held will remain valid and enforceable at law.

Any and all matters pursuant to this agreement are governed by English Law and are under exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

CyberSolution.co.uk reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, the latest terms and conditions can be found at the CyberSolution.co.uk web site at http://www.cybersolution.co.uk/PurchasePolicy.html with a date of last update.

By accepting a quotation or making a payment of invoice to use the services supplied, the Client acknowledges to have read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, and agrees to be legally binding by these Terms and Conditions.

Web site Hosting 100% Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, please notify  webmaster[@]CyberSolution.co.uk We will fully refund your payment if you wish to cancel within the first 30 days of setting up your hosting account. When the 30 days money back guarantee is over, we do not offer any refund options.

Account Cancellations

When you need to cancel an account, please email webmaster[@]CyberSolution.co.uk and our billing representative will be in touch with you about reimbursement, if it is applicable to your situation.

Should you decide to cancel your hosting account after the due date of your next billing cycle there will be a penalty fee of one month's hosting service deducted from your refund if a refund is applicable. There are no exceptions.

Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
